Privacy notice

How information is used in Cold Calling Desk.

Prepared for launch review. Operator identity, contact details and applicable legal requirements must be finalized before this notice is treated as complete.

Information in your desk

The service stores account email, profile details, company connections, business contacts, appointment details and call notes that you submit. Registered account names appear in the registration directory; email addresses and private profile details are not part of that directory.

Company and agent access

Company leads are shared with the company and its currently approved agents. Companies can review calls and comments recorded under an approved connection. Choosing a company during registration is not approval. Unconnected agents have a private lead workspace. Keep sensitive personal information out of call comments.

Service providers and storage

Lovable Cloud provides account and application data services. Your browser also stores sign-in state and demo information. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Hosting providers may process operational and security logs.

Protection and your responsibilities

Authenticated access and company-scoped permissions restrict access to saved records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password, only upload contacts you may lawfully use, and avoid entering health, financial or other highly sensitive data.

Your choices

You can edit profile information and remove leads available to your workspace. Removing a lead does not remove previously recorded call history. Account deletion, data-access requests and retention arrangements need an operator contact before launch. Demo data is fictional and stored on this browser, not as real company records.

Retention and international processing

Records remain available until removed through supported controls or handled by the operator. Final retention periods, backup deletion schedules, processing locations and any required international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed by the operator before public launch.
