Terms of use
Responsibilities for companies and cold caller agents.

Account eligibility
This is a business CRM, not a service intended for children. A proposed launch rule is that account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to act for their business. The operator must confirm the minimum age and enforce it before launch; registration currently does not verify age.
Lawful outreach
You are responsible for the right to collect and use each contact. Follow applicable telemarketing, privacy, anti-spam, calling-hours and do-not-call rules. Honor opt-outs. The CRM records your activity; it does not establish permission to contact a person or automatically ensure legal compliance.
Company connections
Company approval gives agents access to that company's lead workspace and allows the company to review shared activity. Companies should approve only authorized agents and remove access when the working relationship ends. Shared edits affect the team's lead list.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawfully obtained information, harass contacts, impersonate other people, share passwords, bypass access restrictions or misuse the service. You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your records.
Availability and demonstrations
Features and availability may change. Keep independent copies of essential business information using the available exports. Demonstrations use fictional records and browser storage and are not a substitute for a real company account.
Before these terms are final
The operator must supply its legal identity, support contact, jurisdiction, contractual liability terms, account-closure process and dispute arrangements. These drafts do not override rights you have under applicable law.
